About the Speakers:
Jake Photo Jake Leishman  has a long career in Contract Development, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Contract Close Out, Subcontracting Compliance, Government Procurement ,  Intellectual Property, design and preparation of legal documents and the development and delivery of  courses.  She has a law degree from the University of Maryland and acted as senior counsel for Electronic Data Systems and Federal Data Corporation, handling Federal Contracts and Subcontracts.  In addition to her law degree, Jake has two  Masters  Degrees and completed Doctoral coursework in Public Policy and Public/Social Administration.  During the last forty three years Jake has developed and delivered numerous courses in all areas of her expertise.  These courses were designed to meet certification requirements, continuing education and college course credit requirements, and educational/training requirements based on organizational handbooks, policy, and administration.   Jake is now a Director with the Inflection Point Solutions Inc team, serving as a catalyst and thought leader accelerating the Acquisition Transformation.
