President:  The CEO & President of Inflection Point Solutions, Chuck Harris, has a proven skill base in Federal Contract Management & Compliance, Project Management, and Information Technology Services.  He's a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (BS) and holds advance degrees in Computer Information Systems (MS) and Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University (Finance concentration, Harvard University).  He held a Government contracting officer warrant, attained the highest level Department of Defense certification in Contracting (Level III), deployed the U.S. Air Force Standard Procurement System, Commanded DCMA Northrop Grumman Space Technology, and later led the Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Subcontracts Management Group.  Chuck stands ready with the IPS team to assist customers in meeting their business objectives.

Director, Acquisition Support Operations: Jake Leishman  has a long career in Contract Development, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management , Contract Close Out, Subcontracting Compliance, Government Procurement ,  Intellectual Property, design and preparation of legal documents and the development and delivery of  courses.  She has a law degree from the University of Maryland and acted as senior counsel for Electronic Data Systems and Federal Data Corporation, handling Federal Contracts and Subcontracts.  In addition to her law degree, Jake has two  Masters  Degrees and completed Doctoral coursework in Public Policy and Public/Social Administration.  During the last forty three years Jake has developed and delivered numerous courses in all areas of her expertise.  These courses were designed to meet certification requirements, continuing education and college course credit requirements, and educational/training requirements based on organizational handbooks, policy, and administration.   Jake's extensive experience will elevate the quality of the IPS Performance Based Management and Service-Oriented Delivery approach.

Director, Finance:  Patti Van Buren was a Senior Auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency and has worked with Government contracts for over twenty years.  Patti has hands on experience with various accounting systems including over fifteen years with Deltek and six years experience with PROCAS.  Both systems were designed specifically for use by Government contractors.  She has excellent knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to ensure rock solid IPS accounting.  Patti holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration along with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.  She has held positions as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Administrative Contract Manger with high growth Government Contractors in various defense specialties.
